Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the CoD Status Bot Discord bot and any related services provided by us. By using CoD Status Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the bot.

2. Description of Services

CoD Status Bot is a Discord application designed to provide status updates on Call of Duty accounts, including ban notifications, account age verification, and other account related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

3. User Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any API keys, SSO cookies, or other credentials associated with your use of the Services.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use CoD Status Bot only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the bot. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
• Interfering with or disrupting the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any other systems or networks connected to the Services

5. Intellectual Property

• The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose in accordance with these Terms.

6. Data Usage

By using CoD Status Bot, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes:

• Collection of necessary data for bot functionality, including user IDs, server IDs, and Call of Duty account information
• Use of data solely for providing and improving CoD Status Bot services
• No selling or sharing of user data with third parties, except as required by law or with user consent

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

• TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE COD STATUS BOT DISCORD BOT.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoD Status Bot, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the Services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of this Agreement shall be finally settled by arbitration in The United States, using the English language in accordance with the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of JAMS then in effect, by one commercial arbitrator with substantial experience in resolving intellectual property and commercial contract disputes.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and CoD Status Bot regarding your use of the CoD Status Bot Discord bot, superseding any prior agreements between you and CoD Status Bot.
